It is not easy to admit, but for more than 30 years I struggled with an addiction that controlled nearly every part of my life. It took away my sense of self, strained my relationships, and left me feeling hopeless at times. For decades, I carried the weight of shame and denial, telling myself that I could handle it on my own, when in reality, I was trapped. Eventually, I reached a breaking point where I knew that I could not continue down the same path. That was when I found the courage to seek help from Dr. Vo.
